Cancellation Policy

Every paid plan is a one-time cryptocurrency payment that covers 30 days of access from the moment the payment is confirmed. We never store a card or wallet and we never charge you again without your action. When the 30 days end, the plan simply expires. We email you before that happens so you can decide whether to buy another period.

To stop using APIClaw, just do not buy another period. Your plan keeps working until the end of the 30 days you already paid for, including the full daily request allowance. You do not need to contact us to cancel.

Stopping a plan early does not by itself entitle you to money back for the unused days. If you believe you qualify for a refund, see our Refund Policy.

If you start checkout and change your mind before sending payment, simply close the payment page. The invoice expires on its own and no plan is activated. Do not send funds to an invoice that has expired; if you did, contact support with the transaction hash and we will resolve it.

You can buy a different plan at any time. The new plan takes effect when its payment is confirmed. Unused time on a previous plan is not converted to cash, but support can review requests to credit it toward the new plan.

To close your account and have your API keys revoked, message Telegram support from the email address on the account. Closing an account ends access immediately, including any remaining days on an active plan.

We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service, resell access without being an approved partner, attempt to bypass request limits, or break the law. Accounts closed for these reasons are not eligible for a refund. If we ever discontinue a plan or the service as a whole, we will refund the unused portion of any active paid plan on a pro-rata basis.
