Refund Policy

You can request a full refund within 48 hours of your payment being confirmed, as long as you have used fewer than 100 requests on that plan. After 48 hours, or once 100 or more requests have been made, the plan is considered used and is not refundable except as described below.

If the service is unavailable for a substantial part of your plan because of a problem on our side, we will extend your plan by the affected days or, if you prefer, refund the unused portion on a pro-rata basis. Short outages, slow responses from individual models, and model changes do not qualify on their own.

If you were charged twice for the same plan, overpaid an invoice, or paid but your plan was never activated, contact us with the transaction hash. We will activate the plan or refund the extra amount in full. If you underpaid an invoice, we will either refund what you sent or let you complete the payment.

We do not refund plans that have passed the 48-hour window or the 100-request limit, unused days left on a plan you chose to stop using, the free trial, partner program fees once the partner code has been activated, or accounts closed for abuse or breaking our terms. Exchange rate changes in the cryptocurrency you paid with are not grounds for a refund.

Message Telegram support with the email address on your account, the plan you bought, the transaction hash, and the wallet address you want the refund sent to. We reply within 2 business days and send approved refunds within 7 business days.

Payments are made in cryptocurrency, so refunds are sent in the same coin and network you paid with, for the US dollar amount of the refund at the time it is sent. Network fees are deducted from the refund. We cannot reverse a payment on the blockchain, and we are not responsible for funds sent to a wrong wallet address that you provide.
