APIClaw sells digital access to an AI API. Nothing is shipped, so there are no physical goods to return. This page explains how returns work for a digital subscription.
Digital service, delivered instantly
A paid plan is activated on your account as soon as your payment is confirmed, and you can start making API requests right away. Because access is delivered immediately and can be used at once, a plan cannot be returned in the way a physical product can.
Returning a plan you just bought
If a plan is not right for you, you can return it for a full refund within 48 hours of payment as long as fewer than 100 requests have been made on it. The full conditions are in our Refund Policy.
Wrong plan purchased
If you bought the wrong plan by mistake and have barely used it, contact us within 48 hours. We can switch you to the plan you meant to buy and refund or collect the price difference.
API keys and accounts
API keys and accounts cannot be transferred, sold back, or exchanged for credit. To stop using the service, see our Cancellation Policy.
