Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 26, 2026

This policy explains what APIClaw collects when you use apiclaw.biz and the APIClaw API, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

Account data: your email address and a hashed version of your password. We never store your password in plain text.

API keys: the keys you create in the dashboard, together with the name you give them, so we can authenticate your requests.

Usage metadata for each API request: the model, the number of input and output tokens, the time of the request, its duration, its status and the request count it used. We use this to enforce your daily quota, show your usage in the dashboard and investigate errors. Like most web services, our servers also log technical data such as IP addresses for security and abuse prevention.

Payment data: when you pay through NOWPayments we receive the payment status, amount, currency and transaction identifier. We never see or store card details or wallet private keys.

What we do not store

APIClaw does not store the text of your prompts or the model's responses. Request content passes through the gateway to the model provider so the model can answer, and it is not written to our usage logs.

Who else processes your data

Model providers receive the content of your requests in order to generate responses. Cloudflare Turnstile checks sign-up and login forms for bots. An email delivery service sends account emails such as password resets and plan reminders. NOWPayments processes crypto payments. We do not sell your data and we do not use advertising trackers.

Cookies

The dashboard uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. The public website does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How long we keep data

We keep account and usage data while your account is active so that billing, quotas and your usage history work. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your account data and API keys, except records we must keep to handle payments, refunds or abuse.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account by contacting Telegram support or emailing support@apiclaw.biz from the address on your account.

Changes
