Terms of Service
Last updated: October 26, 2026
These terms apply when you create an APIClaw account or use the APIClaw website, dashboard or API. By using APIClaw you agree to them.
The service
APIClaw ("we") provides an OpenAI-compatible API gateway that routes your requests to AI models. Paid plans give you a daily request quota for a fixed monthly price. APIClaw is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic, OpenAI, Google or Cursor.
Your account and keys
You need an account to use the API. Keep your password and API keys secret: you are responsible for requests made with your keys. Tell us right away if a key leaks, and delete it from the dashboard.
Plans, quotas and payment
Each plan has a daily request quota that resets at 00:00 UTC, and heavier models count as more than one request. Plans run in 30-day cycles and are paid in advance in cryptocurrency through NOWPayments. A plan activates once the payment is confirmed. Refunds, cancellations and returns follow our refund policy, cancellation policy and return policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use APIClaw to break the law, to create malware or spam, to harm or harass people, to attack our systems or anyone else's, or to get around quotas, for example by creating many accounts or trial accounts. Do not resell or share access to your keys outside the partner program. We may suspend keys or accounts that break these rules.
Models and availability
The list of models, their request weights and their limits can change as providers release, update or retire models. We work to keep the service fast and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or any particular response from a model. Model output can be wrong, and you are responsible for how you use it.
Ending your use
You can stop using APIClaw at any time by not renewing your plan. We may end or suspend access if you break these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law or security reasons prevent it.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, APIClaw is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.
Privacy and changes
Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data. If these terms change, we will update the date at the top of this page. Questions go to Telegram support.
